APDK was establised in 1958 with the aim of rehabilitating persons with disabilities (PWDs). The organisation collaborates with local authorities, teachers, government line ministries, donor community and other stakeholders to remove barriers and facilitate the social inclusion of persons with disabilities.

 

Through their Livelihood program, the APDK has four workshops offering skills development, employment and economic empowerment for PWDs.
